The 2WD Mini Robot Platform Kit uses 2 DC motor gearboxes to drive itself. Two plastic wheels are press-fit onto the DC motor gearbox output gear shaft. It therefore makes a nice drive solution for small robots. This Mini Robot Mobile Platform frame is made of 5051 aluminum alloy and features an anodized red color. It is also compatible with Arduino controllers. It is easy to add all kinds of sensors in order to make your idea work. This is a good starting kit for students.
