Warrior is a modern American bittering hop prized for delivering massive, ultra-smooth bitterness with remarkable efficiency. Developed by Yakima Chief Ranches, it became the go-to bittering charge for some of the most famous double IPAs in craft beer — beers that need serious IBUs without any rough edges.

With alpha acids of 15%, Warrior is among the most potent hops available: a single ounce can bitter an entire 5-gallon batch of IPA, keeping vegetal matter in the kettle to a minimum.
